On the Nieuwe Gracht in Delft's Spoorzone, a few minutes' walk from the station and the historic centre, Blauwgroep is currently under construction. It's a CPO project: a group of future neighbours bought a plot together and are jointly commissioning their own apartment building. Working with Sophie Valla Architects, the future residents decide the layout of their own apartments.
The building is largely made of CLT, cross-laminated timber panels, and is gas-free, with underfloor heating and cooling, smart ventilation and solar panels. Most apartments will have a generous south-west-facing balcony, and the ground floor offers space to work.
Just like the neighbouring CPOs Saffier, Smaragd and Vertico, we're also connecting Blauwgroep to our fiber network. That way fast internet will be ready the moment residents get their keys.
