Outages & maintenance

During the night of Wednesday 7 to Thursday 8 October, Ziggo will be carrying out maintenance on its coax network in Zaandam between 01:00 and 06:00.

If you have a business OpenFiber connection that runs over this coax network, your connection will be unavailable for approximately one hour at some point within this window.

If your connection is still not working after 06:00, please restart the cable modem first and then, a few minutes later, your router or firewall. If it is still not working five minutes after that, please contact our helpdesk.

A KPN backbone fiber cable connecting Pijnacker to Leidschendam via Nootdorp will be rerouted during the night of Monday 12 to Tuesday 13 October.

During the work, connections on the KPN and Glaspoort networks in the municipality of Pijnacker-Nootdorp will be interrupted. All affected connections are expected to be back online by 07:00 at the latest.

Not all connections in Pijnacker-Nootdorp depend on this cable. Delfgauw, for example, is connected via Delft.

In de nacht van zondag 8 op maandag 9 november voert Glaspoort een firmware-upgrade
door op de XGSPON OLT/DSLAMs in de Heemstede.
De werkzaamheden vinden plaats tussen 02:00 en 07:00 uur.

Het onderhoud raakt alle OpenFiber-verbindingen op de netwerken van Glaspoort
in deze regio. De verwachte onderbreking is circa 15 minuten binnen dit tijdvenster.

Na afloop komt uw verbinding in principe vanzelf weer online. Mocht dat onverhoopt
niet gebeuren, dan kunt u proberen uw modem en eventueel uw router opnieuw op te
starten.

During the night of 9 to 10 November we will be carrying out a maintenance on the connection supplying the Ursulinenhof apartment complex in Vianen. The work will take place between 00:00 and 05:00 (CEST) and is expected to take no longer than 15 minutes.

During this brief interruption your internet connection will be unavailable. It should come back automatically once the work is complete; if it does not, you can try restarting your modem and, if applicable, your router.

Delta will carry out planned maintenance on one of the NNI connections between the Delta network and OpenFiber.
During the maintenance, sessions will be (temporarily) moved to another NNI connection. This may cause a brief service interruption, after which connections will be restored automatically.
