Blue Tulip Homes

On the last undeveloped plot along the Nieuwe Gracht in Delft, Blue Tulip Homes is currently under construction. It's a CPO project by young first-time buyers who are building their own apartment building together, without a traditional property developer. That keeps costs under control and the homes affordable.

Every home gets its own balcony, and the station is less than ten minutes' walk away. Blue Tulip Homes joins the other self-build projects along the canal, such as Vertico, Saffier, Smaragd and Blauwgroep.

Just like those neighbours, we're also connecting Blue Tulip Homes to our fiber network. That way fast internet will be ready the moment residents get their keys.
