On the Korte Geer, by the water and within walking distance of Delft station, stands a building you won't soon forget. The stately brick building from 1907 served for many years as Delft's district court, and is now a national monument.
Developer GearCraft gave it a second life as a residential building, with sixteen apartments featuring high ceilings and large windows. The former courtroom is now a home with ceilings some five metres high, and under the roof there are lofts set between the original roof trusses.
A connection fit for today was part of that renovation. At GearCraft's request we connected the building to our fiber network, so living in a monument and fast internet go perfectly well together here.
