The design by OPEN Architects + Planners is all about quality of living: generous outdoor spaces, views over the canal and the setting sun on the street side, and a green courtyard garden at the back.
The ground floor houses business spaces, with the owners living above in apartments of various sizes. Vertico is one of the self-build projects along the Nieuwe Gracht, alongside neighbours such as Saffier and Smaragd.
