On the corner of Koningin Marialaan and Theresiastraat in The Hague's Bezuidenhout district stands QM Studios. The 1957 office building was once used by the Ministry of Defence and later stood empty, until developer Adriaan van Erk converted it into almost two hundred studios and apartments.
At Van Erk's request, we connected the building to our fiber network. Shortly after completion, the complex was sold to a German investment fund specialising in student housing, and Holland2Stay manages the building.
