On the Grote Vuurvlinderstraat in Parkrijk, one of the new neighbourhoods of RijswijkBuiten, stands a large residential and retail complex owned by housing association Rijswijk Wonen. A supermarket and a few shops occupy the ground floor, and above them live people of all ages, from young people in studios to over-55s. The Wilhelminapark is just around the corner.
The building is gas-free, with a heat pump in every home and green roofs on the shops. The complex is also home to the residential group De Blauwe Parel. At their request, we connected the first part of the building to our fiber network, and we intend to connect the rest of the complex at a later stage.
