On the Asvest, right in the heart of Delft, stands Delfts Green: a compact apartment building with light façades, large windows and balconies facing the street. Designed by Arcas Architecture & Urbanism and built by Averesch, it offers homes ranging from compact studios to more spacious apartments.
As the name suggests, sustainability came first: the building is gas-free and has solar panels on the roof. Developer Dols Development felt a modern connection belonged with that, and asked us to connect the complex to our fiber network.
