INK Apartments

On Industriestraat, a stone's throw from Delft's historic centre and the new station area, stand three residential towers that together make up INK Apartments. The name is a nod to the printing work once done in the building next door, and the design by Bureau Kroner Architecten breathes industry too: brick, steel balconies and the look of an old warehouse.

The complex was developed by Van Wijnen and Don Pepe Investments, with a mix of owner-occupied apartments and rental studios, an underground car park and a roof garden for residents. It's sustainable as well: the towers are gas-free and heated with ground-source heat.
