Menno ter Braaklaan

On the Menno ter Braaklaan in Delft stands a striking 1960s apartment block that rises above the trees with its long access galleries and blue stair tower, looking out over the neighbourhood.

Here the initiative didn't come from a developer, but from the building itself. In 2015 the owners' association approached us: residents wanted fiber, and the building's collective TV contract had grown steadily more expensive over the years. Time for something better, they decided.

Since 2016 the whole building has been connected to our fiber network. A choice made by the residents themselves, and one we're still proud of.
